About Me
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 20 years of experience helping individuals and families navigate life's challenges.
With licenses in Connecticut (CT), New York (NY), and Rhode Island (RI), I am committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based therapy to clients across a range of needs.
My Approach
As a therapist, I believe in a personalized, client-centered approach to healing. Whether in-person or virtually, I work collaboratively with each individual to develop strategies for overcoming obstacles,
finding clarity, and enhancing emotional well-being.
I offer services to clients of all ages, with a focus on the following areas:
-
Anxiety: Helping individuals understand and manage anxiety, developing coping strategies, and building resilience.
-
Grief: Supporting those navigating grief and loss, whether it's the death of a loved one or a significant life change.
-
Pet Loss and Bereavement: As a Certified Pet Loss and Bereavement Counselor, I specialize in helping individuals cope with the unique emotional challenges of losing a companion animal. Losing a pet can be as emotionally intense as losing a family member, and I am here to help you through the healing process.
-
School Support: Working with parents and children to navigate educational and social challenges within school systems, ensuring that children receive the emotional and academic support they need.
