Who am I and how can I help?
I have been practicing in the Southeastern CT region for the past 20+ years, working with children, their families and adults.
I spent 15 as a school social worker and have a vast amount of experience navigating the Special Education system and advocating for students' needs. It was during this time I developed the nickname "The Feelings Lady" by my students.
In recent years I have found an interest in working with young adults who may be struggling with career, relationship or family issues. Helping them navigate to stronger and more independent men and women has become a passion of mine.
I provide individual, family and group therapy for clients needing assistance with Anxiety, ADHD, Depression, Loss and Grief and Social Skills. In addition I enjoy working with families to help remedy any behavioral challenges that may be occurring and helping to restore harmony to their homes.
